There are signs of a secret...a *nature* secret.
The freshly laid pinecone path is a sign of it....it asks to be followed...it gives a clue.
The birds know the secret...they are preparing for it each morning. The cardinals and chickadees and blue jays, hastily gathering twigs and scraps...are building - constantly building.
The flowering bushes know the secret....they are splendid and yellow on our driveway.
The freshly grown grass holding up their heavy purple hats are a sign....
A constantly growing blue eyed bug is a sign....
Sunlight on hair and smiles ....Koala knows the secret.

I LOVE that photo of Finn...I just wanna smooch those cheeks!! I, for one, am thrilled spring is coming!
I thought spring was coming until I woke up this morning to a fresh blanket of snow!!! The nice thing is that it has already melted and the sun is shining bright! So much to look forward to......
