I have discovered party hats. I don't remember them ever being a part of my life until this past year...first at Brayden 1st Birthday Party and then my friend brought them with her to our New Year's Celebration - they are a hoot!!!
Anyhoo...I don't know why I started my new year post that way but it was just what was in my head. Now...more on the serious side. As I sit here drinkig my strong brew of coffee I have been pondering what my New Year's Resolution should be. I have decided after much lamenting that I shant have one (shant? What did I put in this coffee??!!!) The reason for my leaving the annual tradition behind is because I'm tired of making resolutions only to break them a week later and then having to struggle with all of the feelings that come with breaking promises....guilt, feeling loserish...blah blah blah. So, this year I'll just continue doing what I do every day...trying to improve myself physically, spiritually, and mentally - taking it day by day, trying my best...
So, Happy New Year world. Looks like it's going to be a pretty Georgia day.
