On Monday morning at 9:16 am Zac and I were blessed with the very speedy arrival of our daughter Trinity Sky. Looking at her I am just in awe at the miracle of birth and at the love you instantly feel for your "chillins."
We got to the hospital at midnight on Sunday for me to be induced and almost immediately I dialated to 4 cm and it was like every 45 minutes to a hour I would go to the next cm. I only took a 1/4 of the amount of medicine that they were going to give me so the doctor says I was very close to going into labor on my own. The whole experience was just so enjoyable - SOOOOOO different then Brady's birth. I guess there is truth to the fact that second babies mostly are easier. She sure was.
oops, you get to see that one twice....I can't think right now how to take it off.
Trinity weighed 7lbs 2ozs and was 18 and 3/4 inches long. Oh my gosh, and she has so much hair and the longest little fingers you ever did see.
Zac of course is in absolute love with her and watches every little move she makes.
Brady likes her but isn't too impressed. He was more impressed with my cool hospital room and all the buttons on my bed. He does know who she is though as far as us saying "where's Trin Trin?" and he'll go to her or look at her. This morning when I got home and we picked him up from Grammy's he was kind of smiling at her and showing her all his toys. Okay...I'm off to rest.

I've been checking all morning as well and am so happy for Trinity's arrival. Sky was actually a middle name we were entertaining once upon a time. =)
Glad to hear you actually enjoyed labor, which is something you will NEVER hear from my lips. Were you drugged up, is that why?
I'm almost tempted to think about having another one right now as I look at your pictures and think back to how precious of a time it was just after having Jaida.
Congrats to you and Zac and I can't wait to see more pictures of darling Trinity.
Oh and how could I have forgotten to comment that you look so well rested and relaxed, nothing like I did!!
my dearest friend, you do indeed look pretty darn rested for having just pushed out a wee one...once again i'm so proud of you...she is beautiful...but of course you know that.

She is the MOST beautiful newborn I have EVER seen! She looks like she might hae red hair? So MUCH hair! You, yourself, look fantastic for having just given birth. Can't wait to see her in a few weeks. Love and kisses to all,
