April Already

I can't believe that it's April....the older I get the faster time goes. Yesterday Zac had his knee scoped so he is home recovering...doing VERY well. Basically the word is from our doctor that he had to clean Zac's knee out for 45 minutes, that's how over grown it was with "stuff." He has very bad arthritis and the doctor had to make 3 punctures to be able to "move around" in there, normally it only takes 2. He said that he hasn't had to make 3 punctures in anyone for several years.
Today has been very nice being able to catch up on lots of chores, I made homemade waffles for breakfast and then I made pizza for lunch....delicious. Gosh, I'm so tired of cooked veggies but salad stuff is pretty expensive. I'm really getting into the coupon action and so I look at moneysavingmom.com everyday to upload the lastest coupons and figure out where to go that day. I was super stoked that last time I had to go to CVS I got several ECB deals and then at the bottom of my receipt it said that I would get a 20 dollar gift card if I transfered or had a prescription filled there. Well...I just filed it away in my coupon book and then Zac had his surgery which meant he got a pain pill prescription which means I got my gift card. I just can't wait for Sundays now to be able to get my Sunday paper and plan out my week shopping. I also found this website called totallyfreecrap.com and I signed up for a free Kashi frozen entree coupon and I got that in the mail yesterday! Super nice since those are at least 3 bucks at Wal Mart so I got it free. Oh...Danyelle...if you're reading this you need to go to moneysavingmom.com because there is a coupon for a free box of Kashi granola bars for Canadian residence only. Just scroll down....
Brady and Trin have had an excellent day running and playing, singing and reading stories. I love days where they really play together and get along. Oh...I found an idea for the whole screaming thing. Not the screaming attitude thing but the "screaming too loud in the house over and over again" thing. I just simply tell them not to scream in the house, that they can play and giggle but not to scream. Next time Brady screamed I just took him by the hand, led him to the kitchen and set him on the counter. I took out my jug of white vinegar and said "this is medicine to help you remember not to scream." Then I gave him about half a teaspoon. You should have seen that face....priceless. Then it was super nice because I got the point across but no one was upset. In fact he just said "Yah, Brady not scream in the house. Take medicine." It was cute. Okay...now to upload some cute videos from today...

the anti-scream medecine made me laugh! ingenious. that should be marketed.
you're doing an amazing job, alyssa.

except after it's marketed, the label should probably have the correct spelling of 'medicine', i suppose.

Zhenya might feel better after I tell him about Zac's knee situation. Zhenya's been feeling like he has all these arthritic issues with him and he's only 28!!!
