Visit

Mama C and Dad came for a visit and the kids were SOOO excited to see them. We try to talk to the kids constantly about their grandparents so that they are familiar with them even though they ALL live miles away. This was the Corley Srs first time meeting Tristan. We had lots of fun just hanging out in the yard playing with kids and enjoying the porch swing (might I say that our porch swing needs to become a family heirloom with all the memories wrapped up in it and on it. )
Brady absolutely loved Pippin. At first Trin was a little scared but then caught on that this was a "nice puppy" and from then on didn't let the dog rest. :) Mama C looked amazing ! I've always thought that she was beautiful and now I'm so happy that she has the health to match her beauty. You go girl!
And...we probably are gonna get to have them AND Nick and Kate around at Christmas time. What a super duper Christmas it will be since originally I thought I'd be all alone for Christmas this year (Zac's working Christmas Day.) More to come later.....

and what a lovely bright pink shirt mama c has on! very attractive :-)
i'm filled with mild envy at their holding of the kiddos - just 3 1/2 months til christmas!! (although a long time away, saying 'just' in front of it makes it seem not so long!)

So glad the kids got to see their grandparents. We are thankful for Skype which allows Jaida to see her grandparents and auntie/cousins (in Russia) via webcam.

I have to laugh that the Corleys Sr. dog is named Pippin. We have a book called Pippin Takes a Bath and I usually read it to Jaida, oh....3-7 times a day. :)
