Yesterday was such a good morning....the perfect kind. Waking slowly to the sound of little feet running on hardwood floors, the smell of coffee drifting into my room, praise music filling the air. Soft sunshine filtering through my bedroom window...soft hands tapping my arm and a little voice saying "Mama...up!" These mornings are rare since it's usually me that is up, getting the kids up and changed...but yesterday morning Zac was home and he sweetly closed my door and let me get a few extra winks.

Bright and Early
Yesterday was such a good morning....the perfect kind. Waking slowly to the sound of little feet running on hardwood floors, the smell of coffee drifting into my room, praise music filling the air. Soft sunshine filtering through my bedroom window...soft hands tapping my arm and a little voice saying "Mama...up!" These mornings are rare since it's usually me that is up, getting the kids up and changed...but yesterday morning Zac was home and he sweetly closed my door and let me get a few extra winks.

It was a really big thing to me to
be able to sleep in on Saturday.
Even if only to 8....but he fed the kids breakfast and did the morning diaper routine...and I LOVED IT!!!
