I had to include these pictures of Miss Trini all grown up in her mama's earrings. Doesn't she look proud?!
I mean...just check out the glow in her baby blues....
Speaking of baby blues...this picture Zac took totally encompasses all that is "Tristan." I will treasure it always....look at those two little teeth...and see the small third one on the bottom? He's hiding three more on the top....the woes of babyhood.

Check out the scaling fireman....
Brady has had such a blast being with daddy now that Zac is done with overtime. It's so funny to watch how differently Brady and Trin interact with people. At the park (and everywhere we go) trini instantly runs up to whoever is there and introduces herself and makes herself part of their play. By the time we leave she is practically holding hands with the person and knows every one's name. Brady stands off at a distance and says nervously "sure are a lot of people here" and just kind of sways from side to side on his little footsies. He eventually will start playing and has lots of fun...but he's always by himself or he'll giggle at people from afar...even though I think he thinks he's being involved with them or something. Strange.
I'm so glad that he has such a special relationship with his little sister. Even though they are learning little lessons like sharing and being thoughtful of others - they pretty much get a long and love eachother very much. I'm glad that even though the world seems a little scary to Brady- he is relaxed and confident at home.
And another thing to share that's blog worthy...my gorgeous new splurge of a bedspread. Every time I look at it I smile.....
...it's so full of leafy goodness...it just screams - or rather - whispers "Alyssa."
And the spring/summer ritual of ice cream on the porch has returned for another season - the kids are stoked.

We credit zac's fine ice cream cone making ability to his past job at Coldstone Creamery....oh my goodness...have you tried Breyer's All Natural strawberry ice cream? Zac found a WHOLE frozen strawberry in his portion - lucky dog.
Sorry this blog was basically just pictures and short sentences...but my brain is kind of on overload and I have a hard time sorting my thoughts...so until next time friends....Hope you have a lovely Friday.

Looking at pictures of Trin in earrings makes me wish we had of gone ahead and pierced Jaida's ears. Now we'll be waiting until SHE actually wants them done. :(
I'm rather excited as well at the different parks/beaches we'll be visiting shortly.
We've been doing the park almost every day too, love it! Sounds like you're having a great week! :)
LOVED the blog!! I know what you mean about LOVING the sunshine and park! I'm revelling in the warmth and light!!
Lovely; just lovely! I am glad Zac is done with the overtime. You guys were sure missing his presence. The cones look great! I think I would splurge if I were there. It is so dry and getting hot out here.
